2016 Saw the launch of our Conveyancing Quotation platform, which was designed to give solicitors a simple solution to produce bespoke conveyancing quotes, quickly and accurately. Supporting functionality around SDLT fees, Land Reg Fees, 1st time or Additional property purchasers, and the latest changes to shared ownership properties, we provide a slick facility with no costs to use it.

In addition, where a law firm has Estate Agency, Mortgage Advisor or IFA partners, they too can be given their own system credentials, where they can create quotes on behalf of your firm without having access to any of your commercially sensitive data.

2018 saw a great deal of progression, focusing on a range of new and existing projects, and the culmination of this will be the launch of our SDLT and AP1 submission tools in Q1 of 2019. This will reduce duplication and cut down on time for fee earners, meaning more billable hours, and the creation of a central pod for all of your conveyancing information.

This year see's our focus move to Management Information (M.I), and the ability to support our partners through facts and figures. We appreciate the benefit this provides to our business, and now we want to share this with you, with absolutely no costs involved.

Key information will be provided through our system in a simple and transparent format, showing conveyancing leads, conversions, work in progress, and case completions; as well as fees generated by office, by fee earner and much more.

In addition, the M.I will ensure you can analyse why work did, or didn't convert, and what you can do differently to receive more instructions. This all forms part of our quotation system and fits seamlessly together with our whole suite of products, under one online platform.
