Clare Fanner is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a legal sector marketing specialist who works exclusively with law firms. Prior to setting up her legal sector marketing consultancy, Clare was the marketing director for two mid-sized regional law firms, including one UK Top 100 law firm.
Clare brings a fresh perspective and approach to law firms. "It all starts with having a strategic approach, no more'' doing things we''ve always done'', it''s much more about having clear goals and then doing the right things to achieve those goals."
With a strategic approach and a ''roll her sleeves up'' attitude Clare has worked with numerous law firms on a range of projects from websites & brand to developing effective (e.g. ones that work!) marketing strategies and leveraging existing client relationships Clare is also a mentor to law firm marketers.
Clare is regularly invited to speak across the UK. She has an engaging, humorous and sometimes provocative style - she doesn''t shy away from saying what needs to be said!
When time permits, you will find Clare on the golf course or partaking of a glass or two of red wine, preferably South African!
How to get £100k+ more income into your law firm quickly
A poor client experience is costing law firms £thousands. With law firms investing an average of 3% of their turnover on marketing each year, the focus for many law firms tends to be on driving more leads and profile raising. Whilst law firms are quite good at looking after their bigger and longer standing clients, what about handling of leads and managing your wider client base? Research shows that law firms that don’t have some of the basic processes and measurements in place to ensure a consistent client focused approach are losing significant fee income as a result. Clare will share data that demonstrates that a £10M turnover firm could be losing an average of £120,000 fee income each year. Can you afford to ignore this issue? Clare will share the steps you should take to give you the know-how, skills and confidence to deliver better value from existing opportunities and clients.
