Clive is a Trust and Estate Practitioner and founding Director of Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation Ltd, a best practice representative featured in the inaugural Law & Justice edition of the Parliamentary Review. The company was established with just 3 employees in 2003; it now employs over 80 staff, has a turnover of £7.3 million, and provides advice and drafting services in all aspects of Private Client work. They now produce in excess of 1,500 documents for 450 new clients every week. Since 2014 Countrywide has invested heavily in their ‘Legacy’ software, as a means of providing bespoke solutions for clients across the country with increasing efficiency. It is now seen as part of the business solution for many Private Client practices, as the software increasingly focuses on mitigating risk and reducing costs for the instruction taker.
