Michelle is a former practising solicitor from a Magic Circle firm. She now helps the owners of small law firms to have the freedom to work with who they want to work with (their ideal clients), to work the hours they choose (rather than all night), and to gain the financial freedom they deserve.

Michelle is the creator of The Profitable Practice Programme in which she shows the owners of small law firms what they need to do, in what order, to get the clients and profits they want, and then helps them to get it ‘done’ so that they get results fast. She provides a blend of strategic advice, skills training
(including marketing and ‘conversion’ skills) and coaching and mentoring.
