The Legal Ombudsman will share a range of case studies which illustrate the difference between reasonable and unreasonable service, and what excellent service looks like as well. It will give an insight into how the ombudsman makes these decisions, the types of issues that they take into account, and how they decide what remedies are appropriate for a particular case
