Cleardata is one of the largest document scanning bureaus in the UK, accredited for Information Security Quality Management, Cyber Security, legal admissibility and Personal Information Management Systems.  Our expertise enables legal businesses to enhance agile working, manage more cases, ensure data compliance, and maximise office space efficiency.  Cleardata was the first adopter of the IBML Fusion 7300 scanner in the UK and has a fleet of four IBMLs, combined with a fleet of high production Kodak technology.  The IBML is the world’s fastest, ultra-high volume intelligent scanner, capable of digitising 730 pages per minute.  We digitise around 11 million images every month and provide an exceptional level of quality checking, with images scanned to BS 10008 for legal admissibility and every scanned image quality checked by two separate operators.
